Safe and Secure Indoor Stay for Your Pet With us, your pet will enjoy a safe and comfortable indoor stay, combined with scheduled forest walks every 3–4 hours. For bookings exceeding 8 hours, it is considered a full-day booking, which is why the session is listed as lasting 24 hours. If you book Monday to Friday, Saturday and Sunday are included. Please contact us in such cases, and we’ll arrange payment differently! Cancellation and Payment Cancellations are free of charge up to 24 hours before check-in. For cancellations made later, 50% of the booking fee will be charged. Payment upon arrival incurs an additional 15% fee. Food and Special Diets We provide free food for pets without special dietary supplements or allergies. Vaccination Requirements We kindly ask you to present your pet’s vaccination certificate at check-in to ensure a safe environment for everyone.
